Multi-Purpose Marinade

Posted on October 26, 2015 by Dr. G

Normally, my go-to for this marinade recipe is steak. However, it can be used for all sorts of protein choices! The herbs and citrus brighten up red meat and bring very plain chicken to another level. Try to use fresh herbs and taste the difference they make!

Multi-Purpose Marinade

Ingredients
¼ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons coconut amino acids
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoons basil, minced
1 tablespoon oregano, minced
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoons salt

Directions

  1. Mix everything together and combine with your protein of choice. London broil is a great choice.
  2. Poke holes in the meat to help the marinade work its way into the meat.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, turning occasionally.

Buon Appetito!
