You have what it takes!

This is your personal journey to; not to be traveled alone.

“Lose yourself in the music, the moment you own it, you better never let it go, you only get one shot do miss your chance to blow, this opportunity comes once in a lifetime” – Marshall Mathers

What I can do for you can never equal or replace what you can do for yourself.

When making a choice to say enough is enough and deciding to change, it is very important to put things in place that will ensure success. Getting it right the first time is important to long-term success. The best time to improve your health is 20 years ago; the 2nd best time is right now. Take the opportunity now to succeed.

Every time you make an attempt at change and fail, you trigger a learned response in your brain; your brain will learn failure and it will be more and more difficult every time you try and fail. Avoid failure by applying a comprehensive system that is tried and true by 1,000’s of people just like you. If you think you cannot do it by yourself and without guidance, you may be right. You may have tried before and come up short. Health restoration, “causing remission”, reversing chronic disease, or performing at your best is a journey that may require a seasoned guide.

The 5 keys to success; The first time: If getting your health back were so easy, why doesn’t everyone do it?

Getting your health back is truly not difficult, however it is different from what you have been doing. Getting past the differences with ease requires:

  1. Mentorship:A person who knows step by step exactly what to do.
  2. Accountability: Someone in your life who dos not let you forget what you said you were going to do. Someone you can tell what you are going to do and by when you are going to do it. Stating to someone out loud what steps you will take makes you more likely to take those steps.
  3. Repetition: Repeated behaviors are what become mindless habit. The healthiest behaviors we have should be so repetitive that we no longer think of them, examples of ones you already have are brushing your teeth and showering. Examples of ones to add are sleep hygiene (sleeping in a quiet light less room & falling asleep at the same time most nights.)
  4. Results: There is nothing better at reinforcing behaviors than quick, noticeable, measurable desired results.
  5. Support: Having your loved ones, family and friends in your corner supporting you and not trying to discourage you from making needed choices. Recognize the ‘misery loves company’ rule and run from it as fast as you can. Surround yourself with supporters not “haters”. After you have made the dramatic changes in your life, you will become a leader and they will seek help through you. As long as they welcome you into their lives as someone to admire and respect for what you have done.

Following a complete, step-by-step process while reaching measurable milestones along the way is the fastest way to making changes. Some of the most chronic conditions will reverse dramatically in a short period of time.
