Lettuce Tacos

Servings: 4
1.5-2 lbs Lean Ground meat (beef, turkey, chicken or a mix!)
1 head organic Romaine lettuce
2 packages Organic Gluten-Free Taco seasoning
1 Cup water
1 Organic tomato vine-ripened diced
1 small White onion Minced
½ Cup fat-free sour cream (Optional)
1 avocado sliced thinly
- Heat a large pan at medium heat.
- Add your meats to the pan and start to break it up as it cooks.
- Turn up the heat to high and cook the meat until browned.
- Turn down the heat to medium-low and add the water to the pan along with the taco seasoning packages.
- Stir together and let the water cook out while stirring the mixture every few minutes.
- Gather the remaining ingredients on the table and enjoy each taco with a fresh and crispy lettuce shell and all your favorite toppings!
