Chocolate Protein Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

Muffins are a great grab-and-go food. There is nothing better than a GLUTEN FREE muffin! A delicious vegan protein powder helps to keep your body fueled with out adding any dairy sources. Enjoy these as a snack or a wonderful and nutritious breakfast for those busy mornings.
Chocolate Protein Peanut Butter Banana Muffins
Servings: 6 Muffins
Ingredients
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ⅓ cup cashew milk
- 1 egg
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- pinch of salt
- 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter chips or vegan chocolate chips for topping
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add a large scoop of the mixture to each muffin container and top with a few peanut butter or vegan chocolate chips.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and come out clean.
