Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken with Asparagus

These chicken roll ups are an easy all-in-one style meal! The savory prosciutto drapes the thin and well seasoned chicken all wrapped around crunchy sweet asparagus. These are so easy you can make them ahead of time and have easy delicious meals for any day. Who doesn’t love a little crispy pork in their life?

Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breast, sliced thin
⅓ lb. San Danielle Prosciutto
1 Bunch asparagus
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. black pepper
20 or so toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Cut the barky edges off your asparagus and rinse clean. This is about an inch off the ends.
  3. After rinsing and patting your chicken dry season with the italian seasonings, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. Take 3-4 asparagus stalks and wrap the chicken around the fresh vegetable and pin closed with a few toothpicks.
  5. Lay each chicken roll up on a greased pan.
  6. Drape a slice or two of the prosciutto over the top of the chicken rolls.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes
