Mediterranean Chicken Wings

The SuperBowl is coming, and that means it’s time for wings and beer! There are plenty of gluten-free beer options to enjoy while rooting for your favorite team, and you can create a perfect pairing with this recipe for healthy chicken wings! Enjoy these mediterranean wings for a little spin on a favorite game-time classic.

Mediterranean Chicken Wings
Servings: 4

Ingredients

16 chicken wings
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic reduction
2 teaspoons dried oregano
6 cloves of garlic, minced
1 large handful of finely chopped parsley
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 365°F.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Make about 1-inch slits in each chicken wing to absorb the marinade.
  4. Marinate the chicken wings for at least 30 minutes, but marinating longer means more flavor absorption!
  5. Place the chicken wings in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes on each side. They should be crispy and delicious!
