Mediterranean Chicken Wings

The SuperBowl is coming, and that means it’s time for wings and beer! There are plenty of gluten-free beer options to enjoy while rooting for your favorite team, and you can create a perfect pairing with this recipe for healthy chicken wings! Enjoy these mediterranean wings for a little spin on a favorite game-time classic.
Mediterranean Chicken Wings
Servings: 4
Ingredients
16 chicken wings
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic reduction
2 teaspoons dried oregano
6 cloves of garlic, minced
1 large handful of finely chopped parsley
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 365°F.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Make about 1-inch slits in each chicken wing to absorb the marinade.
- Marinate the chicken wings for at least 30 minutes, but marinating longer means more flavor absorption!
- Place the chicken wings in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes on each side. They should be crispy and delicious!
